Bill Abel
Yoga Instructor
Bill Abel is a practitioner and instructor of art and yoga. He is a watercolorist best known for painting portraits of people, pets and homes. After completing his 200 hour yoga Teacher Training at Baptiste Yoga Institute, he completed four additional yoga programs at Baptiste: Levels 1,2, 3 and Art of the Assist. In addition to Power Yoga, he is certified to teach Yin Yoga and Power Sculpt Yoga, and developed a children’s yoga program called Mighty Kids. He is the father of three amazing kids.
Bill says: “I’ve always been a community builder and I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to share my love and passion for art and yoga with the Skyterra community. I believe that we all tap into a magic flow when we follow our hearts and take care of ourselves; we simply radiate love and it’s effortless. Discipline, healthy habits of self-care are what have made a difference for me and that is what I hope to inspire in my classes.”
