Sous Chef

Born and raised in Izmir, Turkey, Cece has traveled extensively, sampling the indigenous cuisines of the countries and cultures around Europe. She incorporates these experiences into her self-trained style. Formally educated in legal studies, she opted to forgo a career in law, pursuing instead her life-long passion of culinary arts.

Cece moved to the United States in 2015, bringing with her all the flavors of her travels and homeland. Since arriving in the United States, the list of Cece’s culinary endeavors is long, including positions in bread making, pastry, butchery, and charcuterie production.

Be it from friends, family or guests, Cece’s love for cooking comes from the excitement and look of enjoyment on the faces of those that she serves.

Cece says: “One of my favorite things about working at Skyterra is being able to share our culinary knowledge with our guests and help them realize that healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland. It can be a creative process, full of flavor.”
