Molly List

Registered Dietitian

As an Upstate New York native, Molly is excited to take on the role as Registered Dietitian here at Skyterra. Molly comes to us with several years of work with older adults as an Aging Services Dietitian. Some of her work she is most proud of includes involvement in hosting community health and wellness fairs, facilitation of local produce programs in the community, work with meals on wheels and experience in creating and hosting interactive community nutrition classes both in person and virtually. Molly has a passion for helping individuals build healthy relationships with food at any age. She strives to help individuals appreciate and honor what good food can do for the body, whether you’re looking to support the management or prevention of chronic disease and illness, or need assistance with meeting your nutrient needs for your busy lifestyle.

Growing up Molly spent most of her summers camping, kayaking and canoeing with close friends and family in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. Molly and her husband are enjoying the opportunity to explore Western North Carolina and all the beauty and outdoor exploration this area has to offer. She plans to continue her interest in painting and would love to get involved in composting and gardening initiatives in the area as well.
