Sara’s passion is making a difference by helping others find health and happiness through fitness. As a certified triathlon and running coach she helps athletes of all ages, levels and backgrounds discover their personal best. As an endurance athlete herself, she fully understands the time and effort it takes to safely and effectively reach your goals. Sara is a three-time Ironman triathlon finisher, and has run numerous marathons and off-road ultramarathons. She has also competed in cross country mountain bike racing and road bike criterium series.

As a certified yoga instructor and lifelong yogi she includes yoga as an integral part of any fitness regimen. She strives to create unique classes that increase strength, flexibility, mobility and balance in the body. She also promotes yoga to calm and clear the mind to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

Her goal is to make exercise creative and fun, and especially enjoys moving workouts from the studio to the great outdoors. As a lifelong nature enthusiast she likes to combine fitness with outdoor recreation. She is excited to use the breathtaking scenery of the Western North Carolina mountains to create a truly memorable experience for each guest.
