Longevity Dashboard: how it works and who sees what

A guide to the team dashboard for the 4-week Longevity Program: the screens, what each role does, and what we show guests on the iPad.

Demo prototype with fictional guests (SKY-1042 to SKY-1045). Guests never log in. They see their results only when a staff member shows them, and through an optional daily email.

The three parts

Staff dashboard Team only

Laptop or iPad. Roster, each guest's overview and detailed data, sessions, team notes, home plans and device connections. Every role sees only what it needs.

Guest view Main focus

A full-screen, plain-language walkthrough that staff show a guest on the iPad. Big charts, home vs Skyterra comparisons, no staff menus. Opened with the yellow-green Show guest button.

Daily email Opt-in

A short morning summary sent to the guest at 7:00 am: last night's sleep and recovery, yesterday's activity, blood sugar and blood pressure, and today's sessions.

Staff screens

The left menu has team-wide tools at the top and the selected guest's pages below. A guest switcher in the top bar changes every page to that guest.

Roles

Permissions live in one place and are enforced in the data layer, so a hidden page can't be reached by typing its address.

Guest view: what we show guests

Each chapter has one big chart, a few large numbers and a short "why it matters". Swipe or tap between chapters. A chapter appears only if there's data for it and the presenting staff member's role can see it. Leaving takes a one-second press on Hold to exit, so a guest can't land in the staff screens by accident.

At home (grey) At Skyterra (blue) Green badge = an improvement "You are here" on the 8-week journey bar
  1. At a glance

Tiles comparing home with Skyterra: blood sugar in range, sleep, daily recovery, HRV, blood pressure, VO₂ max tier, muscle, chair stands. Tap a tile to open its chapter. Before arrival it becomes "Your starting point".

Open every conversation here. Point to two or three green badges before anything else.

  2. Blood sugar

"Your typical day": the average 24-hour glucose curve, home vs Skyterra, over the 70–140 steady band. A one-day view with meal markers from the guest's Dexcom app (or estimated meals). Meal-by-meal peak comparison. Time in range, typical post-meal peak, morning level, variability.

The home-vs-Skyterra curve is usually the strongest visual in the whole walkthrough.

  3. Wearable data

A WHOOP-style daily view: Sleep, Recovery and Strain dials for any day; a health monitor (HRV, resting heart rate, breathing rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature) against the guest's own normal range; daily trends and weekly averages.

Use the weekly recovery bars (At home → Week 1 → Week 2…) to show the trend.

  4. Sleep

Last night in detail (hours vs need, bed and wake time, stages), hours every night, bedtime consistency, and the average night at home vs Skyterra.

  5. Heart & fitness

Where their VO₂ max sits for their age and sex ("higher than about 80% of women in their 60s"), week 1 vs latest, personal heart-rate training zones for home, and breath-hold progress.

The training zones are the most practical takeaway; mention they carry into the Fitness Home Plan.

  6. Body composition

Muscle and body fat trends across InBody scans, weight and body fat %, visceral fat against the healthy range, resting metabolism in calories a day.

Lead with muscle kept and fat lost, not the scale weight.

  7. Strength & balance

A radar of grip, chair stands, walking speed, balance, push-ups and plank against age goals, first test vs latest, plus right vs left grip.

  8. Blood pressure

A daily bar from the bottom to the top number, home vs Skyterra, with the 130/80 goal lines and the change in the top number.

  9. Your priorities

The issued Physician Priorities Plan as large numbered cards. Appears only once the plan has been issued.

End here, so the conversation closes on what to do next.

What to show when

Suggested chapter sets for each kind of session. Fewer chapters, shown well, beat a full tour.

SessionChaptersFocus
Physician initial evaluation (Week 1)At a glance (starting point), Blood sugar, Sleep, Blood pressureThe home baseline: what we're working on and why.
Dietitian consultation (Week 2)Blood sugar, Body compositionHome meals vs Skyterra meals; the one meal to rework at home.
Fitness sessionsHeart & fitness, Strength & balance, Wearable dataTraining zones, recovery-guided effort, the weakest test.
Physician Week 2 / Week 3 reviewsAt a glance, Blood sugar, Wearable data, Blood pressure, Your prioritiesProgress so far; issue or update the Priorities Plan.
Final consultation (Week 4)At a glance, then each area briefly, ending on Your prioritiesBefore vs after and the plan for the next 90 days. The Exit Report (next stage) goes home with them.

Never shown to guests

  • Other guests: no roster, no switcher, no other IDs.
  • Staff notes, roster flags, data-entry screens and the activity log.
  • Lab results. The physician receives labs directly and discusses them in person; the dashboard holds no labs at all.
  • Plans that haven't been issued. Drafts and later sheet edits stay internal until re-issued.
  • Anything about therapy or Resilience & Life Design sessions beyond "a session took place".
  • Names, contact details, birthdates or calendar dates. Guests are SKY-#### and time is in program days (Day −28 to Day 28).

Daily email

Sent at 7:00 am to guests who opted in, from the home baseline through departure day, then it stops on its own. It covers today's recovery, last night's sleep, yesterday's strain and calories, blood sugar (with the biggest meal rise), blood pressure, today's sessions (therapy shown only as "Private session") and one focus from the issued Priorities Plan. Each number is compared with the guest's home average.

The Concierge turns it on only after the guest signs the email consent form. Email addresses are kept in a separate contact list, never in the dashboard. In the demo nothing is sent; sending will go through Gmail under the Google Workspace BAA.
