Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 2 each frozen banana
  • 8 each pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 4 T. nut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Puree all ingredients in the blender until smooth
  2. Add additional milk if the smoothie is too thick
