Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Using a cast iron pan, heat oil at moderate heat
- Combine seasonings
- Season chicken breast on both sides
- Once pan is hot, add seasoned chicken breast and sear on one side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown
- Add the juice of the lime to the chicken
- Place chicken on sheet pan and place in the oven for 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
- Let rest for 2 minutes. Add extra lime juice if desired.
