MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup Full fat canned coconut milk
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Bittersweet dark chocolate chips or pieces
  • 1/8 tsp. Smoked chipotle chili powder
  • ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk and coconut milk to a medium pot and whisk.
  2. Bring heat to medium high heat.
  3. Whisk in remaining ingredients and heat for 2-3 minutes or until everything is well combined and hot.
  4. Season to taste. Enjoy!
