Tenderize the chicken to insure the breasts are the same thickness throughout |

Dust the chicken in the flour then into the egg wash |

Move from the egg wash to the bread crumbs. Press down on the chicken to insure that the breading sticks |

Place a pan over medium heat and saute the chicken till golden brown on one side, flip & repeat |

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and top with 1oz. of marinara and mozzarella and parmesan cheese |

Place the chicken into a 375* oven to melt the cheese |

Plate the chicken and sauce with the remaining marinara sauce |
