Check-In, Directions and Airport Transportation
Check-In
Every Sunday, check-in hours are between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. New Guest Orientation begins at 4:30 PM. All guests must arrive on campus no later than 6:00 PM. If you cannot arrive within this time frame, please discuss your travel plans with Guest Services prior to your visit.
Early Arrivals
If you arrive early on Sunday, you are welcome on campus and we will move you into your room as soon as it is available. Please let us know in advance.
Late Arrivals
In the event that you must arrive later than planned (due to travel delays or other unanticipated events) please call Guest Services at (828) 407-0497.
Airport Shuttle Service
Skyterra provides complimentary airport transportation to Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) on Sundays as scheduled below. Please note there may be multiple stops during your pick-up and drop-off.
Sundays: Complimentary shuttle service to Asheville Regional Airport (AVL):
- Drop-off: 9 a.m., noon, 3 p.m.
- Pick-up: noon and 3 p.m.
Sundays: Complimentary shuttle service to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP):
- Drop-off: 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m.
- Pickup: 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m.

Please note:
- Check-in is Sunday at 2 p.m.
- Many of our guests who fly in on Saturday stay at one of the airport hotels (Asheville Hotels or Greenville-Spartanburg Hotels) and take advantage of our free shuttle service the following day.
Please provide your travel itinerary and flight information to Guest Services at your earliest convenience. Travel itinerary must be provided at least one week in advance to be scheduled for our free shuttle service. One of our transportation providers will use this information to track your flight and make sure your shuttle goes smoothly.

Driving Directions
Skyterra is located in Western North Carolina, about half an hour’s driving time from Asheville (about two hours from Charlotte and three hours from Atlanta). Our address is 75 Skyterra Way, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768. If your GPS does not pick up 75 Skyterra Way, try 337 Glen Cannon Drive, Pisgah Forest, NC.
MAP SHORTCUT: Click the Directions icon on the map below. This will open a Google map with Skyterra Wellness preset as your destination. You can then enter your starting point to get a set of customized directions. Once you have the directions, click the Send directions to your phone option to send the map to your smartphone or tablet.
Directions from Asheville
If you are driving, please arrive as close as you can to 4:00 PM. Please inform Guest Services what time you expect to arrive.
If you have GPS, you can put the address 75 Skyterra Way, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768 into your GPS. If your GPS does not pick up 75 Skyterra Way, try 337 Glen Cannon Drive, Pisgah Forest, NC.
If you do not have GPS, you can follow these directions:
- Depart ramp for I-240 W/US-19 S/US-23 S/ US-74 W ALT (0.7 miles)
- Take ramp right and follow signs for I-240 West (3.2 miles)
- Keep straight toward I-26 E/US-74 E (0.6 miles)
- Keep straight onto I-26 E/US-74 E (8.8 miles)
- At exit 40, take ramp right for NC-280 toward Asheville Regional Airport/Arden
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for WNC Agriculture Center/Airport and merge onto NC-280 W/Airport Rd (15.9 miles)
- Continue onto US-276 S/US-64 W (0.9 miles)
- Turn left onto Ecusta Rd (1.4 miles)
- Turn right onto State Rd 1504 (262 feet)
- Turn left onto Wilson Rd (1.4 miles)
- Turn left onto Glen Cannon Dr (0.3 miles)
- Turn left onto Skyterra Way (394 feet)

- Merge onto I-75 N/I-85 N (3.1 miles)
- Use the left lanes to take exit 251B for I-85 N toward GA-400/Greenville (0.5 miles)
- Continue onto I-85 N (94.2 miles)
- Take exit 1 for SC-11 (0.6 miles)
- Continue onto SC-11 N (31.8 miles)
- Turn left onto N Little River Rd/State Rd S-37-57 (4.3 miles)
- Turn left onto SC-130 N (6 miles)
- SC-130 N turns slightly left and becomes NC-281 (11.4 miles)
- Continue onto US-64 E (15.5 miles)
- Turn right onto US-276 S/E Main St (0.7 miles)
- Take a slight left onto Elm Bend Rd (1.3 miles)
