Teresa, RN, BSN is a long-term weight controller who brings her passion in seeking her own wellness to the Skyterra program. Teresa knows firsthand the effect that nutrition, fitness, stress management, and hydration has on our bodies as we seek to create a healthy lifestyle. A former emergency room RN in a pediatric hospital, Teresa has a lifetime of nursing experience helping others stay safe and healthy. She is committed to the Skyterra philosophy as we seek to make a difference in the lives of our guests, one day, one step at a time.
