Skyterra Wellness, LLC (“Skyterra,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates skyterrawellness.com and the Skyterra Wellness Retreat in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our forms, phone and text conversations with our team, and your stay with us. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a consult, subscribe to our newsletter, enter a promotion, call or text us, or book a stay, you may give us:

• Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
• Details about your stay, such as dates, lodging preferences, travel plans and who you are traveling with.
• Health and wellness information you choose to share so we can plan your program, such as goals, dietary needs, allergies, injuries or medical conditions.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment and financing partners.
• Anything else you tell us in messages, surveys, reviews or conversations with our team.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and how you interact with our pages, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. We may receive information from booking, payment and financing partners, from advertising and analytics partners, and from apps or devices you choose to connect to our programs (see our Longevity Program privacy policy).

• Provide and personalize your program, meals and services, and keep guests safe.
• Process payments and payment plans.
• Send newsletters, offers and updates you have asked for, and run promotions and sweepstakes.
• Understand how our website is used, measure our advertising and improve our services.
• Prevent fraud, protect our guests, team and property, and meet legal obligations.

3. Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we will send messages related to the services you requested, such as booking confirmations and reminders, and, if you agreed, promotional messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver our text message services.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep our website working, remember your preferences, understand traffic and measure our marketing. These include analytics tools such as Google Analytics, advertising tools such as Google Ads and social media platforms, which may show you Skyterra ads on other websites based on your visits to ours, and call tracking, which helps us understand which pages and ads lead visitors to call us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of our website may not work as intended. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, customer relationship and email tools, scheduling, reservation systems, payment processors and financing partners (such as Affirm and Klarna), and analytics and advertising providers. • Business transfers, if Skyterra is involved in a merger, sale or other transfer of its business.

6. Health and wellness information

We treat health and wellness information you share with us as confidential. We use it to plan and deliver your program and keep you safe, share it within the Skyterra care team that supports your stay, and otherwise disclose it only with your consent or when required by law.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, keeping guest records, and meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (SSL) connections on our website and access limited to team members and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
