RESERVATION
Skyterra Wellness collects a NON-REFUNDABLE $1650 deposit when reservation is confirmed. This deposit is applied to the balance upon check-in, is non-refundable, and does not secure a rate if the reservation is rescheduled. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Deposits may be transferred without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival. If reservation is transferred in fewer than 14 days prior to arrival, depositor will be charged a $500 transfer fee. No-shows incur forfeiture of deposit.
When you book your stay, you agree to these terms.
CHECK-IN AND TRANSPORTATION
Sunday check-in hours are between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. with Orientation beginning every Sunday at 4:30 p.m. All guests must arrive on campus no later than 6 p.m.
Please note: Check-in outside of the Sunday arrival time frame must be coordinated by the Concierge prior to your visit.
Every Sunday, Skyterra provides complimentary airport shuttles for incoming and departing guests to Asheville Regional Airport (AVL). As you prepare for your trip, please pay close attention to our airport shuttle pick-up and departure schedule located on our website and book your flights accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $75 charge for transportation needed outside of our scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. We request that you provide your travel itinerary and flight information at least one week in advance to be scheduled for our free shuttle service.
SKYTERRA WELLNESS PARTICIPATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER
Please read the following carefully. Your signature signifies that you agree to the following:
I acknowledge that Skyterra is a NON-SMOKING campus. I will not smoke in my room, on my house screened-in porch or in any Skyterra buildings and facilities. I acknowledge that failure to follow this request will result in a $250 cleaning fee added to my reservation at the end of my stay.
If I am bringing a pet to Skyterra, I acknowledge that my pet(s) are welcome to stay in pet-specific housing as availability permits. That housing must be coordinated prior to my arrival. Skyterra requires a $250 non-refundable deposit and I acknowledge I am responsible for any damage to Skyterra property caused by my pet. I will refrain from taking my pet into the Activity Building, the Spa, the pool area and onto the pickleball courts.
All dogs must be with their owner and on a leash when outside of the cottage. We ask all pet owners to have an awareness about their dogs behavior relating to lunging, biting, or scratching people or other pets. We do have a gated dog park on the far side of the pickleball courts where your pet may run without a leash.
I agree to be responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or contents that I intentionally or unintentionally cause.
I understand that all linens, towels, Skyterra robes, pool towels, umbrellas and all contents in the rooms are the sole property of Skyterra Wellness. I understand that any loss or damaged property will be charged to my credit card on file.
If applicable, I agree to dispose of all lancets, needles, insulin syringes, and other medical sharps in a sharps disposal container. I acknowledge that failure to follow this request will result in a $250 Hazardous Materials cleaning fee added to my reservation at the end of my stay. Please notify us if you need sharps disposal.
I agree that use of all Skyterra facilities and the LeParc grounds is at my own risk and that Skyterra Wellness will not be held liable for any damage to vehicles and/or personal injury while on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: logging into streaming services in your accommodations is at your own risk and is your own responsibility. Skyterra cannot assist with logging in or out of your account, nor with any account management.
I agree to assume all risk if I choose to operate or ride in a Skyterra golf cart during my visit.
I acknowledge that Skyterra Wellness promotes a healthy and active lifestyle and with this, I will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of different activities. I submit that I am voluntarily participating in all activities and I am aware of the risks associated with strenuous physical activity and will notify the Skyterra team of any health complications and concerns.
The activities I willingly choose to participate in may result in injury or adverse outcome that may include and are not limited to physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes are rare and may arise from my own or others’ negligence, conditions related to travel, or the condition of the activity location. Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me, of participation in all activities that I choose to participate in while a guest at Skyterra. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyterra Wellness against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney fees and any related costs if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf.
I acknowledge that Skyterra Wellness observes HIPAA regulations and may coordinate care within the Skyterra multidisciplinary team and otherwise will not divulge my private health information to anyone without prior consent.
Photography at Skyterra: I understand the Skyterra staff will take a snapshot to post on an in-house document for staff identification and culinary purposes only. The Skyterra team may occasionally take optional group photos during classes and hikes that may be posted on our website and social media. I understand I may decline the opportunity to participate in group photos.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge Skyterra Wellness and all its affiliates, managers, owners and staff.
