Ryan Lee

Fitness Director

Ryan’s passion for serving others began in the field of elementary education. After living and teaching in Tanzania, East Africa, Ryan returned to New Jersey, where he spent 14 years in the classroom. He served as a Social Emotional Learning Specialist and Staff Wellness Coordinator and helped school districts throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio build trauma-informed educational environments for students.

In addition to his teaching career, Ryan has been working in the fitness industry for more than 15 years. He is a certified personal trainer and has specialized in functional strength and weight loss transformation. He has worked with a wide range of clients, including children, college athletes and business professionals.

Ryan’s philosophy is that we become a collection of our repeated actions. The challenge, therefore, is aligning our mind and heart with what is most valuable, not what is most expedient.

Ryan says: “I believe deeply that the incremental addition of anything good into our life has the propensity to compound and alter what we believe is possible.”
