GOLDEN MILK SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. Golden Milk, see recipe
  • 1 each Ripe banana or diced ripe mango, optional
  • 1 cup Ice

Method
 

  1. If you do not have Golden Milk prepared, execute that recipe first.
  2. Chill prepared Golden Milk in fridge overnight.
  3. Once Golden Milk is chilled, pour 8 oz. or 1 cup into a blender.
  4. Add your fruit of choice. Avoid using frozen fruit as the smoothie may come out too thick once ice is added.
  5. Add ice to thin out your beverage as well as making the smoothie extra cold and refreshing. Enjoy!

Serving Size: 12-14 oz.
Nutrition Information: Provides potassium, vitamin C (from the fruit) and antioxidants coming from the spices in the golden milk. This is a very satisfying smoothie that can be prepared any time of day. Gluten-free, tree nut free, dairy free.
