Thai Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 1 each 12in Spinach Tortilla
  • 3 oz Chicken Breast – Grilled
  • 0.5 oz Bell Pepper
  • 0.5 oz Cucumber
  • 0.1 oz Red Onion
  • 0.5 oz Romaine
  • 0.5 oz Spring Mix
  • 0.5 oz Edamame
  • 1 oz Thai Vinaigrette

Method
 

  1. 1 Place all the ingredients except the tortilla in a bowl and toss
  2. 2 Heat the tortilla for a few seconds to make it plyable
  3. 3 Place the chicken salad on the tortilla and roll. First fold the sides then roll
