Veronika is inspired by how mindfulness practice on our mats seeps into mindfulness in our daily actions. Her yoga offerings include Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. Veronika strives to create a safe space for everyone to find grounding, nourishment, and connection and to let go of expectations, striving, stresses and fully drop into a practice of self-care and rejuvenation.
