Skyterra Longevity Program: WHOOP Integration Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to guests of the Skyterra Wellness Longevity Program who choose to connect their WHOOP account to the internal Skyterra application.

1. Information We Collect When you authorize the Skyterra Longevity app to connect with your WHOOP account, we will access physiological and wellness data as permitted by you. This may include metrics such as your recovery score, sleep performance, daily strain, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate.
2. How We Use Your Data Your WHOOP data is used exclusively to enhance your experience in the Skyterra Longevity Program. The data is pulled into a secure, internal dashboard that is strictly visible only to your dedicated Skyterra professional care team (including our doctors, nutritionists, fitness experts, and physical therapists). This data allows our team to personalize your training, recovery, and nutritional programming during and after your stay.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties We respect the highly sensitive nature of your biometric data.

• No Sale of Data: Skyterra Wellness will never sell, lease, or rent your WHOOP data to any third party under any circumstances.
• No Advertising: Your WHOOP data will never be used for or shared with third-party advertising or marketing networks.
• Your data is kept strictly within the Skyterra Wellness internal clinical and coaching ecosystem.

1. Data Retention and Your Rights You maintain full control over your WHOOP data. You may revoke Skyterra’s access to your WHOOP account at any time directly through your WHOOP app settings. Additionally, you may request the complete deletion of your WHOOP data from Skyterra’s internal servers at any time by contacting us at info@skyterrawellness.com. Upon request, all associated physiological data pulled from WHOOP will be permanently deleted from our systems.
